christmas eve.....

Every year Christmas Eve is spent with Jon's family.....

 Our absolute favorite dinner...butt ham dinner....the best gravy is made with this ham, we all LOVE it and Kathy's yams...yeah, they are the BEST...me and Mark fight over the left over yams...however, this year he kindly let me take them!

Every year, the Sunday before Thanksgiving all of Mark's family gets together at his mom and dad's. This year his dad's health was not great so we weren't able to see everyone. Jon's mom and dad decided to do a get together on December 23. It was fun to see most everyone (we missed those who didn't/couldn't make it).

president's cup......

Makaylee's soccer team went to St. George over the weekend and played in President's Cup. First game 1 to 1.

Second game, tied 1 to 1.

Third game (Saturday morning) cold and rainy. Won 2 to 0. With all of that there was a three way tie in their bracket, we were one "point" (goal) away from having a tie breaker for second place.

Isn't she lovely? She wears a retainer at night on her top teeth and a permanent retainer on her bottom teeth.
